A: Pickup will be at one of 3 barns in Altamont Tn 37301.If you are picking your plants us, give is a call 1 days prior to pickup and we will give you that address. We have no storefront, we have alot of wholesale tree fields and offer no retail atmosphere. This helps us price our trees at 70% lower prices than most online nursery brokers' you see online buying trees from growers like us and re selling.

Q. Can I Call To ask A Question On A Specific Plant ?
A. Phone Lines are for orders only. We do not offer support on what types of trees to purchase or answer questions about specific plants. When you call us you need to know what you want to order and be ready to place an order. Office help is not horticulturists so only call for information on our availability, to place and order or large quantity ordering.

Q: What Type Trees or Wetland Plants Do I Need For My Design
A: Sorry we have no horticulturists that stays in office, please ask advise from a landscaper in our area and then call us to order.
Q. Can I get a price break on large quantity orders?
A. Absolutely-you can get a 25% discount on quantity ordering over 3,000 plants. Shipping goes down 50% also. So large quantity orders, please give us a call or send a fax for a special price wholesale. Also we will split the shipping costs when you order large quantity bareroot stock including trees, shrubs, perennials, wetland plants and ferns totaling over $5000.00.
Q: Where is Quick Growing Trees LLC Located?
A.We are located in Middle TN in a small town in zip 37301 . We do not have a storefront, just a shipping warehouse and alot of tree farms we dig from.Your welcome to come and pickup orders but you will need to place them and we will dig everything and take to one field closest to your address.
Q: How long after I order will my plants be shipped?
A. We ship all orders out within 10 days. If your not ready to take shipment, simply put a note in the comments section of your online orders the date you"d like your order shipped.
Q: Do you guarantee plants and trees that come from your online nursery?
We are wholesale. You are paying for wholesale stock and we charge wholesale grower prices. When you purchase retail, you are paying for a replacements at triple and quad druple prices.We can not guarantee a plant to live. We guarantee you excellent stock in great condition when received. If it's not received in excellent condition, send it back for a full replacement same day.
Q: How long after I submit a request for a quote will I get a response? Fax us your quote or bid lists to 931-933-7670 or email them to email@example.com.
A: We answer all quotes the day they are received. If not receive same day, call us!
Q: What If I Order and Then Try To Get A Chargeback?
A: Call us. We report all chargebacks to our local attorney after 30 days. We report to the 3 major credit bureaus as deliquent.This severly lowers your credit score as well as cripples your ability to get a loan, line of credit or a major credit card.

A: Our online nursery has been around along time. From 1946 the first generation of nursery growers started a family owned nursery in a chicken house, passed down two more generations,TN Nursery has grew to one of the largest availabilites in the Southeastern United States with a larger variety of stock than 4-5 competitors has combined. Check out our Dunn and Bradstreet, American Nursery Association and CCR Ratings. Out of 4,014 customer to date, we couldn't satisfy 24! Thats phenonimal not even 1%.

Q: How is stock delivered?
A:We ship Fedex all bareroot stock under 6 feet. Common Carrier for trees over 5 feet. Balled Trees must ship via semi trucks. Look under the balled tree catagory for shipping companys for a freight rate our under shipping for more information
Q: What if I dont Plant My Trees or Plants the Day They Arrive?
A: No worries.We dip each plants, tree and shrub in tera-sorb.This is a silicone-base gel that retains moisture in fragile bare root plants for up to 9 days.Transit time is usually 2-4 days. You have a 5 day window.Thereafter, put plants in moist, cool cellar or garage and water roots daily until they can be planted. Do not let your plants get below freezing (31 degrees). Wrap roots or put potting soil over fragile bare-roots if you must store in cooler than 31 degrees.
Q: Can I Order Now For Fall 2012 Delivery?
A: If you want to guarantee availability, you need to place your orders now. We do not guarantee any item lasting from day to day. However,we will tag your stock in the fields and dig fresh in Spring If you do place order now. It must be pre-paid in order for us to tag and care for it until the specified date needed.

A: We only accept visa or mastercard, for $1000 or less but accept checks, money order, cashiers checks and wire transfers.
Q: Can I pick my order up and pay then?
A: All orders must be pre-paid before we dig. Picking your order up is fine and preferred, but due to some people not paying and not picking their orders up at all, it has made us have to enforce this rule.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: For balled and burlap trees, they are shipped on a per mile basis and the daily rate fluctuates. Average per mile is 2.80. It's more feesable to order full loads.To calculate a freight quote, go to www.mapquest.com and get the mileage from our zip code 37301 to your zip code and multiply it by 2.80 per mile. The carrier will deliver your stock and you must pay them for delivery.
A: For all other categories the shipping is a flat rate of 17% on Perennials, Ferns, Live Stakes, Groundcovers and Wetland Plants.
