State Certified
All plants sold by our Nursery are state-certified through the Tennessee Department of Agriculture. We never sell #2 quality. We sell specimen grade premium plants and tree stock.

Packing
We pack all stock to last 5-8 days in transit. We use the American Nurseryman's ethics in packing and shipping. Our stock is protected when it leaves here with pressure corrugated boxes and dipped in terrasborb to protect all rootstock.

Substitutions
Our Nursery will substitute a tree, plant, fern, perennial or ground cover when necessary unless customer states in writing under comments on order form they will not allow substitutions.

Shipping Insurance
Shipping Insurance is available but customer must pay for it and request under comments when placing order.

Pickup Yourself
You are welcome to pick up your plants yourself. We will be happy to load you free of charge. Place your orders a week in advance. You MUST make an appointment. We have no storefront so therefore we will not be available to load at your convenience. Orders will not be held beyond 30 days. We will not accept cancellations, refund, or credit on orders customer's fail to make appointment for and pickup.

Bare Root Stock

We ship bare root stock from September to May. All other stock

Perennials, ground cover, ferns, etc. are shipped year round.
